Noma offers a skills combination of high performance leadership, strategic planning, financial analysis and risk management that she has leveraged to meet and exceed performance expectations. Noma has worked collaboratively with clients across organisational structures and functions to deliver the most effective and appropriate business solutions through thought leadership which have since resulted in value addition for various stakeholders. She is also accomplished in economic development, process improvement, transaction advisory and organisational integration and transformation. Noma is also a Deloitte trained Chartered Accountant, she worked in the Audit, Consulting departments and in the Executive Office over her 12 years with the firm. She also holds Bachelor of Science in European Business and Management and an MBA in International Business. Noma is a keen advocate for sustainable development.

SANDRA ODOTEYE

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Sandra is a Deloitte trained Chartered Accountant with 12 years of audit and business advisory services. She was also a Chartered Accountant with 12 years of audit experience. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe and is a recognised Public Accountant and Auditor. She has several years accounting and audit experience across a broad section of industries both locally and abroad. She has worked abroad in the USA and the UAE. Her industry exposures include agriculture, financial services, mining, manufacturing, aviation, retail, public sector including not for profit entities, investment funds and pension funds. Sandra also has several years’ experience with Business Advisory projects for SME’s. She is a consummate professional with vast experience in this locale as well as internationally.

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Tendai is a Sustainability International Consultant, with over eight years experience providing sustainability advisory and assurance services globally for listed clients including Rolls Royce, BAE Systems, Glencore and Glaxosmithkline. Tendai has global experience having worked in London for 10 years and building global synergies in sustainability before returning to Africa. Tendai worked for Deloitte for 9 years providing sustainability services and her client coverage included South Africa, UK, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Malawi. Tendai supports large companies to embed sustainability in their business models to create and prove their long term value through the strengthening of their business performance using sustainability key performance indicators. Tendai has a wide breadth of experience across client sectors across different jurisdictions including: financial services; mining; consumer business; telecoms; media; and construction to name a few. She also helps clients with identifying and developing their sustainability strategies which help to position them globally.

TATENDA BONYONGWA

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Tatenda is a Zimbabwe Taxation expert with over 13 years' experience servicing clients in sectors such as mining & resources, agribusiness, financial services and consumer business. He is a specialist in mergers & acquisitions transactions, corporate/ employee/ income/ and value added taxes. As a tax business advisor, he served Deloitte Central Africa for 12 years where he also gained experience in accounting, risk management and auditing before moving onto industry and commerce. Tatenda is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is currently he serving as the Chief Finance Officer of Sub- Sahara Capital, an investment management firm focused on investing across the African continent.

STEVEN MAPFURUTSA

Steven has over 16 years of experience across a multiplicity of disciplines which include accounting and audit; Throughout the 16 years that he worked at Deloitte Steve worked collaboratively with consulting and corporate finance and offers a skills combination of high performance leadership, strategic planning, financial analysis and risk management that he has leveraged to meet and exceed performance expectations. Steve has worked collaboratively with clients across organisational structures and functions to deliver the most effective and appropriate business solutions through thought leadership which have since resulted in value addition for various stakeholders. He is also accomplished in economic development, process improvement, transaction advisory and organisational integration and transformation.

DEREK ODOTEYE

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR-CHAIRMAN OF BOARD
Derek has over 16 years of experience with leadership, strategy, business development, agriculture, logistics, real estate, finance, accounting and risk management. He is currently the Group Chief Finance Officer of TSL Limited, a Zimbabwe Stock Exchange listed company. Derek has held several leadership positions with the TSL group including Group Operations Executive, Managing Director for the logistics operations, General Manager for the Real estate operations and Group Business Development Executive. Prior to joining the TSL Group, Derek spent 10 years with Deloitte, an international Professional Services firm and was Senior Manager in Assurance Services. He has worked in New York, New Jersey and the United Arab Emirates. Derek is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Executive Committee of the Harare Chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) International.
